Delete your account
How to delete your Bubbles account and its data.

Delete from the app
- Open Bubbles and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account → Delete account and read the confirmation.
- Confirm your password or authenticate again with Apple or Google, depending on your sign-in method.
- Confirm deletion. Once completed, it is permanent and cannot be undone.
Data deleted
Deletion removes your account and email, published tours and their stored files and public links, private tour backups, synced properties, tour ownership records, and policy consent records.
A revoked-account identifier is retained to reject old sessions. Optional deletion feedback is stored without an account identifier.
Subscriptions and shared files
Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions or remove purchases managed by Apple or Google. Cancel your subscription in the relevant store. Files already exported or shared outside Bubbles remain where you saved them.
Request deletion without the app
Bubbles’ public contact, also listed in Google Play, is contact@homs.com.co. Handling of email deletion requests is awaiting confirmation. Use in-app deletion for now.
Once the contact is confirmed, send a request from your account email so ownership can be verified. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, or payment-card details.
