Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a launch draft for Bubbles, operated by Fluture ("Fluture", "we", "us", or "our"). The formal operator details and governing-law section will be completed before final publication. By using Bubbles after the final version takes effect, you agree to the final terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Bubbles is a mobile property-media workspace. It lets you organize property tours and videos, import or capture equirectangular 360° images, connect scenes across floors with hotspots, preview tours, export a local .zip file, and optionally publish a hosted cloud link. Some features, including account creation, stitching, cloud publishing, and purchases, depend on network or third-party service availability.

Creating tours beyond the bundled sample and publishing to the cloud require an account. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and promptly reporting unauthorized access. You may not impersonate another person, create an account for unlawful purposes, or share access in a way that defeats the service's security or purchase controls.

Registration records your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You can permanently delete your account through Account → Delete account after confirming your password or authenticating again with your sign-in provider. This removes account data, synced properties, private tour backups, and published tours and links. It does not cancel store subscriptions or remove files you have shared outside Bubbles.

Tour editing, preview, and local .zip export run on your device after a tour is created. Capture and stitching run on your device. Signed-in properties and full tours are automatically backed up to your account; listing photos and videos are not synced. Signing out removes Bubbles data from this device after a final backup. The .zip export itself is created on your device and is not uploaded to Bubbles. You are responsible for maintaining backups of local tours and exported files. Review an export before sharing it.

Cloud publishing is authenticated and entitlement-gated. Bubbles Pro links remain live while the subscription is active plus the applicable seven-day grace period. A Basic Link grants one cloud publish for 90 days. An Annual Link grants one cloud publish for one year. The server is authoritative for entitlement validation, expiry, deletion, and the availability of a published link.

Cloud links are shareable. Anyone who receives a link may be able to view the published tour and its scene images. Do not publish content that must remain confidential or that you do not have permission to share.

Purchases are made through the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play billing flow and may be supported by RevenueCat. The applicable store presents the price and purchase terms before confirmation. Subscription management, cancellation, and store refunds are handled through the store account and policies used for the purchase. A purchase does not transfer ownership of content created by another person.

You retain your rights in the images, tour data, and other material you submit or publish. You grant Fluture the limited permission needed to store, process, validate, display, and deliver that content to operate the features you request. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content and that its use does not violate law or another person's rights.

You must not use Bubbles to:

• upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content;
• attempt to bypass authentication, purchase, expiry, rate, or storage controls;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service or its providers; or
• use a published link to expose private information without appropriate permission.

Bubbles, its software, branding, hosted viewer, and related materials are owned by Fluture or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose. No other license is granted except where required by law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including cloud hosting, to maintain security, comply with law, address abuse, or operate the service. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to protect the service or enforce these terms. Expired or deleted cloud links may stop serving and their stored assets may be removed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bubbles is provided on an as-available basis without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device. You remain responsible for your content, backups, permissions, and decisions about sharing a tour. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these terms as the product or law changes. The effective date and final operator details will be added before the definitive version is published. Questions about these terms can be sent tocontact@homs.com.co.
